- "Zehenify" refers to the platform, its software incorporated under the laws of Pakistan.
- "User" refers to any individual, professional, or entity using Zehenify.
- "Practitioner" refers to licensed psychologists, therapists, or mental health professionals registered on Zehenify.
- "Client" refers to any person receiving mental health services or using the platform for mental wellness purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zehenify. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Services Provided
Zehenify provides:
- Practice management tools for mental health professionals
- Assessments (predefined & custom)
- Analytics and progress tracking
- Appointment scheduling
- Client portal and records
- Google Meet Powered Telehealth services
Note: Zehenify is a technology platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
User Responsibilities
For Practitioners:
- You must be a licensed and qualified mental health professional.
- You are solely responsible for your interaction with clients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- You must maintain accurate and updated credentials.
For Clients:
- You agree to use the platform responsibly.
- You understand that any advice or guidance received is from a professional, not Zehenify directly.
- You must not use the platform for crisis or emergency care. In case of emergency, contact local emergency services.
Subscriptions & Payments
Zehenify offers three paid plans (monthly or yearly), with features based on the selected package. No free plan is available. All payments are non-refundable unless stated. Access may be suspended for late payments.
Data Privacy & Security
We take your data privacy seriously. Zehenify complies with local regulations and aims to meet international standards such as HIPAA.

Intellectual Property

- Misrepresent yourself or your qualifications
Limitation of Liability
Zehenify provides a platform to facilitate mental health services but is not a healthcare provider. We are not responsible for:
- Misdiagnoses or therapist behavior.
- Service interruptions.
- Client outcomes or medical consequences.
Modifications
Zehenify may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute:
- Parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual communication.
- If unresolved, jurisdiction will lie in Karachi, Pakistan.
